The company’s history started when the founder Kakumichi Okazaki became determined to produce cutting tools at a small factory in pre-war Japan. Okazaki Seiko Co., Ltd. established its history of growth by developing three pillars of business: MCO cutting tools started by the founder, carbide cutting tools demanded for the latest processing technology, and diamond and CBN grinding tools required for tool manufacturing.

MCO Tools

The production of MCO cutting tools is the foundation of our business. With the employment of highly heat-resistant and wear-resistant unique MCO (cobalt HSS), we have the largest range of HSS cutting tools in Japan.

We can offer reamers, end mills, drills, cutters, metal saws, and chamfering cutters in addition to custom-made products.
CARBIDE Tools

With the latest high-precision facilities, we realize stable quality by fully applying particulate cemented carbide to all our tools. We are consistently evolving to meet customer demand.

GRINDING Tools

The productivity and quality of tool manufacturing is substantially affected by the super-abrasive wheels that are used. We have a unique advantage being manufacturers as well as users. We are particularly strong at metal-processing wheels, providing quality products with a short delivery time.

We can offer diamond and CBN grinding wheels (for surface polishing, cylindrical polishing, and tool polishing), and dressing and truing tools in addition to custom-made products.
